There will be in total 6 transnational meetings: 4 face-to-face and 2 via videoconference. The meetings will take place during the 2 years of the project’s duration coinciding with the design, development and presentation of the intellectual product.
The main objective is to establish a roadmap for future actions, specifying the dates of the next online and transnational meetings.
June 2021 – 1st Kick-off Video Conference Meeting
- Presentation of the partners and their organizations: the most significant projects and best practices of each organization.
- Financial rules of the program: presentation by the coordinating organization.
- Distribution of responsibilities, plan for dissemination of results, quality assessment, and key dates, and risk management plan.
- General revision of the project work plan: objectives, results and intellectual products to be developed.
October 2021 – Duration 3 days (1 trip) 2nd Transnational Meeting (Vasto, Italy).
- Establishment of the Technical Committee, which will work on the elaboration of the first part of the Methodological Guide for Ephemeral Art Teaching .
- Updates on the elaboration of the first part of the «Methodological Guide for Ephemeral Art Teaching in school» .
- Evaluation of the quality of the actions and results of the project.
- Verification of compliance: Results Dissemination Plan, Work Programme, Financial Plan.
- Discussion on the progress of the Methodological Guide.
- Discussion about the development of the Students Exchange mobility.
- Visit Educational Centres in Italy.
- Planning next activity: Training Activity for the teachers.
March 2022 – Duration 3 days (1 trip) 3rd Transnational Meeting (Maribor, Slovenia).
- Presentation of the first part of the «Methodological Guide for Ephemeral Art Teaching in school» .
- Analysis of the results and objectives of the Training Activity.
- Visit to participating schools in Slovenia.
- Verification of compliance: Dissemination Plan, Work Programme, Financial Plan and evaluation result.
June 2022 – 4th Transnational Video Conference Meeting
- Verification of compliance: Dissemination Plan, Work Programme, Financial Plan, Interim Evaluation.
- Evaluation of the impressions of the teachers towards the application of the Methodological Guide.
- Evaluation of the projects developed and presented in the School Activity Event .
- Planning next activity: Students Exchange Mobility.
October 2022 – Duration 3 days (1 trip) 4th Transnational Meeting (Ankara, Türkiye).
- Follow-up the elaboration of the second part of the Methodological Guide for Ephemeral Art Teaching in School.
- Evaluation of the Students Exchange Mobility.
- Presentation of the projects developed by the teachers in the schools.
- Quality evaluation of the actions and results of the project. The main objective here is to collect the possible problems that have been found in the implementation of the guide.
- Visit to participating schools in Turkey.
February 2023 – 3 days (1 trip) 6th Transnational Meeting (Madrid, Spain).
- Final evaluation and closure of the project.
- Presentation of results.
- Presentation of the intellectual output.
- Visit to participating schools in Spain.
- Final quality evaluation of the actions and results of the project.
