TRANSNATIONAL MEETING IN ANKARA, TURKEY the 29th and 30th of September 2022
The 4th Transnational Meeting of “ARTephemeral in School Education” was held from 29th to 30th September 2022 in Ankara, Turkey!!
The meeting was developed at the headquarters of the Ankara Provincial Directorate of Family and Social Services with the assistance of AIDEJOVEN, CEIP Seis de Diciembre, EPEKA and ANKARA AILE as Hosting Organization.
During the first day the agenda was organized as follows: Presentation of the meeting.
- Verification of compliance: Dissemination Plan, Work Programme,
- Financial Plan, Interim Evaluation.
- Evaluation of the impressions of the teachers towards the application of the Methodological Guide.
- Presentation of the projects developed and presented in the School.
- Activity Event (O1/A3) of each partner.
- Presentation 2nd Part of the Guide.
During the second day: Evaluation.
- Planning next activity: Students Exchange Mobility.
- Visit to participating schools in Turkey.
- Evaluation of the meeting
- Departure
It was a good opportunity to share the different activities that were being made in each of the organizations and to discuss the objectives that were being achieved and on which we should focus our efforts in the last part of the project.
We were also able to see together the results of the projects developed in the educational centers of each organization and the results of the different ephemeral art contests carried out by the organizations in each of the partner countries.
In addition, we have some time to enjoy together the fantastic culture of Turkey with some cultural visits and traditional foods. This event allowed us to update and share all the amazing activities that we were realizing by separate and organize together the last steps that we had to carry out in the last months of the project.
In the next months we will celebrate the last activities in Madrid. The last activities will be carried out in March 2023. The winners of the School Events celebrated in each educational centre, will travel to Madrid to participate in the Multiplier Event. They will have the opportunity to share their art-works with the other winners of each country. Also, these days we will celebrate the last Transnation Meeting in Madrid.
