Transnational Meetings – ARTEphemeral in School Education

TRANSNATIONAL MEETING IN MARIBOR, SLOVENIA!

The third transnational meeting of “ARTephemeral in School Education” was held from 7th to 8th March 2022 in Maribor, Slovenia!!

The meeting was developed in EPEKA Association with the assistance of AIDEJOVEN, CEIP Seis de Diciembre, ANKARA AILE, LKL Associazione, Polo Liceale Statale «R. Mattioli» and EPEKA as Host Organization.

During the first day, the meeting agenda was organized as follows:

Presentation of the first part of the «Methodological Guide of Ephemeral Art Teaching in school».
Coordination and Evaluation of the Training Activity (C1) and Implementation in Schools of the ArtEphemeral projects + Local Events
Deciding about the students’ exchange mobility
Verification of compliance: Dissemination Plan, Work Programme, Financial Plan and evaluation results.

During the second day, the meeting agenda was organized as follows:

Verification of compliance: Dissemination Plan, Work Programme, Financial Plan and evaluation results.
Discussion about the dates for the next Transnational Meeting (M4) in Ankara.
Evaluation of the meeting

It was a great opportunity to exchange different points of view and to develop together new ideas and proposals for the development of the project and the next steps. In addition, EPEKA, organised a very special meal for all project partners with traditional Slovenian food that was absolutely delicious. This event allowed us to get to know each other better, increasing the connection between partners and the sense of citizenship and belonging to the European Union!

In the following months, we will implement the ArtEphemeral projects + Local Events in the Schools. This activity consists in the development of an artwork, based on the Ephemeral Art, by the students of the different Schools. The artworks will be included in the Second Part of the Methodological Guide and the winners will take part on a Student Exchange!!

TRANSNATIONAL MEETING IN VASTO, ITALY!

The second transnational meeting of “ARTephemeral in School Education” was held from 7th to 8th October 2021 in Vasto, Italy!!

Due to the current COVID-19 health pandemic, the meeting was developed in a semi-presential mode, therefore some partners attended the meeting presentially in Associazione LKL Onlus in Vasto, while others through the Zoom platform.

During the first day, the meeting agenda was organized as follows:

Verification of compliance of Financial Rules.
Review of the project objectives and expected results.
Dissemination Plan.
Work Programme.

During the second day, the meeting agenda was organized as follows:

Evaluation of the quality of the actions and results of the project.
Presentation on the elaboration of the first part of the «Methodological Guide for Ephemeral Art Teaching in school».
Planning of the Training Activity for the teachers.
Planning of the Implementation in Schools.

It was an amazing experience where the partners had the opportunity to meet and strengthen their connection. Moreover, it was organized an educational activity in the Polo Liceale Statale «R. Mattioli», the participants had the possibility to visit the educational center, observe and exchange knowledge, experiences and good practices, strengthening the sense of citizenship and belonging to the European Union!

In the following months, we will implement the Training Activity for Teachers on the Methodological Guide for Ephemeral Art Teaching in Maribor from 15th to 19th February 2022!!
